Vacancy: Mandarin Speaker CS - Bicycle Project

Location: Subway Visio Towel, KL Sentral, Malaysia.

Salary: RM 5,800 + KPI RM 644

Languages: Mandarin + English

Headcount: 2

Joining date: Immediate Joiner

Work Hour: 8am - 5pm or 10am - 7pm (Mon - Friday)

SPM & Above

Key Responsibilities:

* Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin and English

* Experience in bike repairs / work in a bike shop or somethings similar.

* Basic mechanical knowledge.

* Good technological understanding.

* Reliability and flexibility as basic conditions.

* Highly communicative with a pleasant personality.

* Candidate with sales support experience has value added advantage.

* Able to work under a fast pace working environment

• Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in customer service or BPO environments.
• Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Mandarin; strong customer service skills; knowledgeable in bike repair and mechanical aspects.
• Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers with inquiries, provide bike repair support, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, both in-office and potential remote work options.
• Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, problem-solver, and a passion for cycling.
