Descrição:

Financial Record Maintenance:

  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records.
  • Record and classify financial transactions promptly and accurately.

Accounts Payable and Receivable:

  • Process invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely manner.
  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Bank Reconciliation:

  • Perform regular bank reconciliations to verify accuracy and completeness of transactions.
  • Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.

Tax Compliance:

  • Stay updated on local tax regulations and ensure compliance.
  • Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns as required.

Financial Reporting:

  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Generate and analyze financial reports for management decision-making.

General Ledger Maintenance:

  • Maintain the general ledger and ensure proper coding of transactions.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.

Documentation and Filing:

  • Maintain organized and accurate financial records for auditing purposes.
  • Ensure all supporting documentation is filed appropriately.

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to address accounting-related inquiries.
  • Provide necessary financial information for decision-making.

Adherence to Policies:

  • Follow company policies and accounting standards.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Requisito

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Financial Management or a related field.
  • Proven experience in accounting or finance roles.
  • Knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and tax regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a team.
  • Willing to be assigned in BGC, Taguig City.
