Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field

 With at least 8 to 10 years of solid experience in general accounting, financial reporting, or related functionsPreferably with background in manufacturing or industrial setting (but not required)

 Proven experience in managing and developing a team of accounting staff

 Knowledgeable in journal entries, bank reconciliation, budgeting, and tax compliance

 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

 High attention to detail and accuracy in financial records

 Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar systems)

 Excellent organizational and time management skills

 Can work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines

 CPA license is an advantage but not required

Responsibilities:

•Lead and supervise the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate completion of daily financial tasks

• Monitor and record daily deposits and disbursements

• Manage company funds and ensure proper cash flow allocation

• Prepare and review journal entries and general ledger reconciliations

• Maintain and analyze financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance

• Oversee month-end and year-end closing activities

• Prepare financial statements, reports, and supporting schedules

• Monitor bank transactions and perform bank reconciliations

• Ensure timely and accurate filing of taxes and government remittances

• Support budgeting and forecasting processes

• Coordinate with internal departments for expense tracking and reporting

• Assist in internal and external audit requirements

• Recommend improvements to accounting systems and processes

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
