Description
- Oversee and manage the accounting department's daily operations.
- Prepare accurate monthly financial statements and reports.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards in the food or hotel industry.
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing training as necessary.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Experience Level: 5–8 years in the food or hotel industry
- Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Working Conditions: On-site in Mandaluyong
