Manage and monitor customer accounts to ensure timely collection of payments.

Process and reconcile incoming payments, and allocate them accurately in the system.

Prepare and send billing statements and follow up on overdue accounts.

Coordinate with internal teams and clients regarding payment issues or disputes.

Maintain accurate records of accounts receivable transactions.

Generate regular AR aging reports and assist in month-end closing activities.

Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Support process improvement initiatives within the Accounts Receivable function.

• Graduate of BS Accountancy, Finance, or any related course.
• With at least 5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable processes, preferably in a shared services or Global Business Services (GBS) environment.
• Proficient in using ERP systems, such as Syteline and SAP.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
