The Administrative & Accounting Staff will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support while handling accounting and financial tasks. The ideal candidate is

highly organized, meticulous with numbers, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Duties:

  • Manage daily office operations and maintain office supplies.
  • Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails professionally.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate internal events.
  • Maintain organized records and filing systems.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
  • Support other departments as required.


Accounting Duties:

  • Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and payroll as needed.
  • Assist in budget preparation and monitoring of expenses.
  • Reconcile bank statements and manage petty cash.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative and/or accounting roles.
  • Must be analytical, detail-oriented, and can work under minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Possesses a good working attitude, resourceful, responsible, and honest.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work both independently and as part of a team.
  • This role ensures the smooth operation of daily office functions while maintaining accurate financial records, directly contributing to organizational efficiency, informed decision-making, and overall business growth.
