- 1. Maintain Audio Visual Systems: Regularly check and maintain room control systems to ensure they work properly with AV equipment and more
- 2. Troubleshoot and Fix Issues: Identify and resolve problems with room automation systems, including control panels, touch screens, and AV equipment connections
- 3. Upgrade and Optimize Systems: Keep automation software and firmware up to date and optimize system settings for better performance
- 4. Preventive Maintenance: Perform regular checks to prevent issues
- 5. Document Maintenance Work: Keep records of maintenance activities, system configurations, repairs, and any upgrades done on the system
