  • Maintain detailed records of interactions and transactions.

  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any field is required.
  • Experience Level: No prior experience necessary; training will be provided.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, excellent customer service abilities, strong problem-solving skills, and a team player.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced call center environment, may involve shift work.
  • Qualities and Traits: Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and adaptability.
