Qualifications

• High school graduates, college undergraduates, and college graduates are welcome
• No experience required (experience is an advantage)
• Good communication skills
• Willing to work onsite in Mckinley, Taguig

Your Role:

• Respond to patient calls and emails, and confirm appointments
• Support referral processing, pre-approvals, and follow-up communications
• Maintain and update patient records in compliance with HIPAA
• Prepare and send medical reports as needed
