Description
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat providing exceptional service.
- Assist customers with product selection, order placement, and account management.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about products and services offered.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure resolutions are provided promptly.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to enhance customer experience.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0-2 years (No experience required)
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English language
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service skills
- Qualities and Traits: Ability to work well in a team
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent people skills
- Skills and Competencies: Familiarity with call center operations
