Descrição:

A creative associate designs and creates promotional materials. Creative associates usually work closely with a marketing team and can offer advice and ideas about how to make advertising campaigns visually engaging and help create new materials. This can involve tasks like creating illustrations, using color theory and adding images or videos to social media posts. 


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  1. Design Creation:
  2. Develop and produce creative designs for digital and print media, including social media graphics, advertisements, brochures, posters, and promotional materials.
  3. Create visually compelling layouts and graphics that align with the company's branding and marketing objectives.
  4. Collaboration:
  5. Work closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements, target audience, and messaging.
  6. Collaborate with other designers, copywriters, and team members to ensure cohesive and effective design solutions.
  7. Brand Consistency:
  8. Maintain and uphold the company's brand guidelines across all design projects.
  9. Ensure all designs are consistent with the brand's visual identity and messaging.
  10. Concept Development:
  11. Brainstorm and develop innovative design concepts and ideas for marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  12. Present design concepts and ideas to the team and incorporate feedback to refine and improve designs.
  13. File Management:
  14. Prepare and deliver final design files in the appropriate formats for digital and print production.
  15. Organize and manage design files, ensuring they are easily accessible and properly archived.
  16. Stay Updated:
  17. Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
  18. Continuously seek opportunities to improve design skills and knowledge.
  19. Other Responsibilities:
  20. Assist in the development of content guidelines and other visual aids.
  21. Notify the Creative Management Director of daily operations.
  22. Perform any additional tasks assigned by management.

Requisito

EDUCATIONAL AND WORK EXPERIENCE:


Must be a graduate of Bachelor's degree in Multimedia, Design, Communications, Marketing or related fields.

Must submit a portfolio of past projects


QUALIFICATIONS:


Experience with photo or video editing software (like Photoshop or Adobe Premiere Pro)

Familiarity with different social media platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter

Understands digital advertising tactics

Knowledgeable on brand management

Has good understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and web traffic metrics

Knowledgeable with web design and publishing

Knowledge of the latest social media trends

Copywriting skills

Highly creative

Strong Digital presence

Good in written and verbal communication skills.

Time Management

People-Person

Excellent in multi-tasking and flexible

Ability to work under pressure

Demonstrates a willingness to learn 

Has an eye for detail
