Descrição:

We are seeking a highly organized and versatile Service & Technical Support Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for managing daily operations within the Service Department, providing technical support to clients and internal teams, and overseeing service-related activities. The ideal candidate will be comfortable balancing technical, administrative, and customer-facing responsibilities while ensuring efficient and high-quality service delivery.

 

Key Responsibilities:

·     Respond promptly to client inquiries via the company’s Facebook page, phone line, and email.

·     Manage and oversee operations in the Powerstation Department.

·     Provide technical assistance to end users, institutional clients, and the Marketing Department.

·     Coordinate technical issues and repairs with the Service Center.

·     Handle and process unit replacement and warranty requests.

·     Assist clients with spare parts purchases and coordinate with the Store Department.

·     Prepare accurate quotations and job orders for external services.

·     Facilitate payment processing for services rendered by Service Centers.

·     Schedule and dispatch service technicians for repair tasks.

·     Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports for external service activities.

·     Create CAD designs for generator placements requested by the Sales Department.

·     Design training materials such as certificates and tarpaulins for Service Center programs.

·     Maintain and troubleshoot office equipment within the warehouse.

·     Monitor and request office and pantry supply for the warehouse team.

·     Manage inventory of warehouse supplies.

·     Process Date and Time Forms for warehouse staff during cutoff periods.

Requisito

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in service coordination, technical support, or a similar role.
  • Strong technical knowledge or background in electrical equipment/generators is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD or equivalent) and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle administrative duties efficiently.
  • Experience in customer service or technical support roles preferred.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and accuracy.
