Description:
- Open for SHS Graduate and Undergraduate.
- With at least 6 months’ work experience as Customer Service Representative.
- Experience working in BPO Company.
- Amenable to attend Face-to-Face Interview.
- Amenable to work onsite in Taguig.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for providing customer service support according to the scope of work and service level requirements.
- Update account details to keep client records up to date.
- Responsible to handle customers complaints and provide solutions.
- Respond and handles all customer questions and inquiries.
- Provide guidance and support to ensure the highest levels of Customer Service.
