Descrição:

As an individual contributor, the Customer Success Associate serves as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring strong relationships are built and maintained. This role is critical in onboarding new clients, guiding them through the company’s health tech solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive adoption, retention, and growth. The ideal candidate is customer-centric, proactive, and passionate about improving healthcare experiences through technology.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, establishing trust and ensuring a positive customer journey.
  • Lead the onboarding process, ensuring clients are set up properly and understand how to use the company’s services effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, focusing on satisfaction, engagement, and long-term success.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Product, Operations, Technical Support) to address client needs and drive service excellence.
  • Monitor client health metrics and usage data to proactively identify opportunities for increased adoption or support.
  • Identify and support retention and expansion opportunities, such as upselling or cross-selling relevant solutions.
  • Document client interactions, feedback, and progress using CRM tools and success tracking systems.
  • Advocate for client needs internally and contribute to continuous improvements in the customer experience.


Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Sciences, Communications, or related field.

1–2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or client services, preferably in a SaaS or health tech environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
