策略分析师（风控方向）人数：2
1 负责风险策略设计与规则制定
2 搭建用户分群与标签体系，支持精准策略落地
3 进行交易行为分析，识别风险特征及模式
4 参与风控指标体系建设，监控策略效果
5 推动策略快速迭代（AB测试、版本管理）
Requisito
1 具备良好的数据分析能力，熟练使用SQL、Excel
2 了解常见反欺诈或支付风险场景
3 具备逻辑清晰的策略设计思维
4 有良好的跨部门沟通协作能力
5 能在压力下推动结果落地
【加分项】
1 有风控在区块链、支付、电商、金融领域策略经验
2 熟悉Python数据分析
3 有用户标签、画像体系设计经验
