We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Laundry Delivery Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the timely and efficient pickup and delivery of laundry to our valued customers. This role requires excellent driving skills, a strong commitment to customer service, and an ability to manage delivery routes effectively.

• Operate company eBike or vehicle to pick up and deliver laundry from residential and commercial customers.
• Ensure all laundry items are handled with care to prevent damage or loss.
• Verify accuracy of orders upon pickup and delivery, confirming item counts and special instructions.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and records.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any customer inquiries or concerns professionally and courteously.
• Navigate routes efficiently using GPS (Google Maps or Waze).
• Adhere to all traffic laws and safe driving practices.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues.
• Assist with sorting, packing, or other laundry tasks as needed
• Handle payments and process transactions accurately when required.
• Prepare reports as required by management.
• Other items that may be assigned from time to time.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience in a delivery role is preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of local roads and neighborhoods around Ortigas Ext. (Pasig & Cainta) and surrounding areas.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy bags of laundry regularly.
• Comfortable working independently and managing time effectively.
• Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions.
• Familiarity with using Google Maps or Waze.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit for extended periods while driving.
• Frequent bending, lifting, carrying, and walking.
• Ability to load and unload laundry from a vehicle.
