• Maintain kitchen cleanliness by washing dishes, utensils, and equipment; support kitchen staff and follow safety and sanitation standards.
• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwasher or by hand as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Remove garbage regularly and keep garbage areas clean and organized.
• Ensure all dishwashing equipment is cleaned and properly maintained.
• Restock clean dishes and utensils to appropriate stations in the kitchen.
• Follow all sanitation and safety procedures and guidelines.
• Assist kitchen staff as needed with basic food prep or cleaning duties.
• Monitor dishwashing supplies and inform management when stock is low.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-temperature environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Good physical stamina; ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
