Description
- Manage the platform’s ( LAZADA and SHOPEE) daily operations to ensure efficient performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement platform enhancements and updates.
- Monitor platform analytics and user engagement to optimize user experience.
- Provide technical support and training to users on platform functionalities.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to platform usage.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of relevant experience in platform management or a similar role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying and solving issues.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
