Descrição:

  • Prepare and process purchase Orders based on approved purchase request 
  • Perform three-way matching of purchase and request for payment
  • Encode receiving of inventory and details in the system 
  • Effectively and efficiently support the full operation and maintenance of the purchase order system 
  • Provide timely and accurate management information 
  • Prepare weekly Inventory reconciliation report
  • Perform Monthly physical count


Requisito

  • Previous experience working in a Finance department 
  • College graduate 
  • Good communication
