岗位职责：
分析和处理海量金融数据，构建和维护数据基础设施。
实施机器学习算法，提升交易的预测准确性和执行效率。
设计并开发基于 LLM 的 multi agents 交易框架，实现基本面分析、情绪分析、技术分析等专业角色智能体的协作。
Requisito
任职要求：
计算机科学、金融工程、应用数学或相关领域背景。
熟练掌握 python，有丰富的算法实现和优化经验。
掌握 LangChain / LlamaIndex 等 LLM 开发框架，具备 RAG / SFT 技术经验。
深入理解机器学习、深度学习和数据挖掘技术，动手能力强，能够将理论应用于实际交易。
熟悉期货、加密货币市场，深入理解技术分析指标、情绪周期理论等交易方法论。
会rust技术优先
