• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals
• Oversee recruitment, selection, onboarding, and retention initiatives
• Manage performance appraisal systems, compensation, and benefits programs
• Develop HR policies, employee handbook, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Lead learning & development, training programs, and talent development
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions
• Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS systems
• Monitor key HR metrics and prepare HR reports for management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 5–8 years of experience in HR, with management experience preferred
• Deep knowledge of Philippine labor laws, compliance, and best practices
• Experience with HRIS/payroll systems
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication

Indicative Salary Range (Metro Manila)

• ₱45,000 – ₱60,000 / month typical range

For more senior / head-level HR roles: ₱70,000+ / month
