The Senior Human Resources Officer is responsible for overseeing and managing all HR functions, ensuring effective implementation of HR policies, compliance with labor laws, and alignment of HR strategies with the organization’s goals. This role provides leadership to the HR team and serves as a key partner to management and employees.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• HR certification (SHRM, CIPD, HRCI) preferred
• 3 years of progressive HR experience with leadership exposure
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Willing to be assigned in Ibabao–Estancia, Mandaue City (near Pacific Mall)

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies, procedures, and programs
• Lead recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for all levels
• Manage employee relations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
• Oversee performance management, employee engagement, and retenion programs
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and government regulations
• Handle compensation, benefits administration, and payroll coordination
• Conduct training needs analysis and implement learning and development programs
• Prepare HR reports, manpower planning, and workforce analytics
• Advise management on HR strategies and organizational development
• Supervise and mentor HR staff
