  • Administer employee benefits and maintain HR records.
  • Assist in performance management and employee relations.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

  • Provide support in payroll processing and HR reporting.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a generalist capacity.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in HRIS, recruiting, talent management, and strong attention to detail.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment; may require occasional overtime during peak hiring periods.
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, strong people management abilities, and a detail-oriented mindset.
