Description
- Assist in recruiting processes including job posting, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in organizing training and development sessions.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience, preferably in an internship or part-time role in HR.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Qualities and Traits: Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
