RECRUITMENT:

  • Performs end-to-end recruitment functions from sourcing applicants to onboarding for rank-and-file.
  • Facilitates job posting through websites, Job Street, bulletin boards, and other platforms.
  • Collects all pre-employment requirements of the candidate.
  • Participates and coordinates with partner, institutions, and other recruitment channels for manpower pooling (e.g., schools, job fairs, online advertisements, etc.).
  • Coordinates with manpower service providers the manpower requirements and other manpower related concerns.


ADMINISTRATIVE:

  • Facilitates the creation and maintains 201 files for newly hired employees: monitors compliance with requirements.
  • Facilitates posting of vacancies monthly, coordinates with schools or universities, etc.
  • Updates and monitors recruitment monitoring tools.
  • Collects monthly requests for HRD supplies and ensures timely delivery.
  • Monitors and replenishes office supplies.
  • Assures the correctness of billings and timely payment.
  • Coordinates with the travel agency for domestic flight and hotel bookings for newly hired provincial team members.
  • Processes OJT allowance.
  • Performs other duties as required or assigned, which are reasonably within the scope of the responsibilities in this job classification.
