Descrição:

The HRAD Assistant provides support to the Human Resources and Administration department by assisting with HR operations, administrative tasks, employee services, and ensuring the smooth execution of various HRAD processes. The role involves maintaining employee records, assisting in recruitment, benefits administration, employee relations, and supporting day-to-day office operations to help achieve organizational goals.


  • Maintain employees' records
  • Support the recruitment process
  • New hire orientation & onboarding
  • Assist employees with attendance & benefits
  • Assist in compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Coordinate company events, meetings, and other office-related activities
  • Act as a liaison between employees and the HR department
  • Assist and support the HR & Admin department.

Requisito

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Pyschology, Business Admin or related field (preferred)
  • With experience as an HRAD Assistant or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Attention to detail and confidentiality


Schedule: Monday to Friday

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
