Job Title: Accounting Associate / Jr. Bookkeeper

Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated professional to provide comprehensive virtual support to our US-based clients. This role involves end-to-end bookkeeping, data analysis, and financial reconciliation. You will act as a direct point of contact for foreign executives, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and expense management.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Management: Perform bookkeeping entries, account reconciliation, and data processing.
• Expense Tracking: Match expense receipts and generate weekly expense reports using designated accounting software.
• Data Analysis: Analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Client Communication: Communicate directly with US Executives to clarify entries and resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, or a related business course.
• Experience: Previous background in accounting or bookkeeping is highly preferred.
• Technical Skills: Computer literate with proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills are required for client interaction.
• Soft Skills: Analytical, organized, process-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Availability: Must be willing to work onsite in McKinley, Taguig during US business hours (Graveyard Shift)
