Descrição:
- Lead and mentor the QA/QC team, providing guidance and support to ensure effective testing processes
- Develop, implement, maintain comprehensive QA/QC Strategies and methodologies
- Create detailed test plans, test cases and test scripts based on project requirements
- Conduct thorough and functional, regression, performance and load testing to identify defects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on quality standards and project goals
- Monitor industry trends and tools to enhance our QA/QC process continuously
- Prepare detailed reports on testing activities, results, metrics for stakeholders
- Participate in project planning meetings to provide insights into potential risks related to quality
- Perform other related work as required
Requisito
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
- minimum 3 years experience in software QA Testing
- 2 years leadership role
