Responsible for aiding customers by compounding and/or dispensing prescription medications, providing pharmaceutical information to healthcare professionals, monitoring customers’ drug therapies to avoid interactions with other medications, and providing pharmaceutical expertise to customers on the safe use of medications.

1. Reviews prescriptions issued by physicians or other authorized prescribers to ensure correctness and accuracy in dispensing pharmaceutical products.
2. Regular reports - Gapcheck, out of stocks
3. Request for stocks - unserved and OS, checking delivery, display, organizing stocks analysis
4. Weekly cycle count (per category, High Valued items)
5. Responsible and accountable for the performance of their store includes inventory and staff performance.

7. Ensures operations are in full compliance with local health and safety codes of other local government agency codes.
8. Liaise with the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to ensure compliance of the company with the regulatory requirements of the agency. This applies to all necessary licenses (License to Operate – Pharmacy, Drug or Cosmetics), permits & registration
9. Reporting of expiry, maintaining of expiry logbook
10. Expired product return
11. Pharma area organization and maintenance
12. Administers patient counseling as needed.
13. Instructing customers on how and when to take prescribed medications.
14. Providing immunizations, and other medical services, such as taking blood pressure, temperature measurements, and checking blood sugar levels.

16. Completing operational requirements of the pharmacy, including verifying order entries, maintaining records of controlled substances, charges, and removing expired and/or damaged drugs from the pharmacy’s inventory.

19. Fill up required checksheets and submit reports on time.

• Candidates must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or its equivalent
• Preferably 1-5 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Healthcare - Pharmacy or equivalent.
• New Board passer are welcome to apply.
• Must be a Licensed Pharmacist with a valid PRC Certificate
