Hybrid | Metro Manila-Based | Travel Required to Project Sites (Batangas & La Union)

We’re hiring a Marketing Manager to lead campaigns for Aya Hills, our upcoming La Union project, and future developments under the Havitas brand. This role involves managing strategy and execution across social media, paid advertising, influencer marketing, and events—with a strong focus on generating demand, engaging target audiences, and supporting sales efforts.

• Develop and implement marketing strategies with the internal team
• Oversee campaign planning and execution across digital and on-ground platforms
• Ensure all materials and messaging reflect the brand’s positioning and vision

• Work closely with the sales team to support lead generation and conversion
• Align marketing activities with key sales timelines, events, and targets

• Manage day-to-day social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
• Launch and optimize paid campaigns using Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Track and report performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed

• Build relationships with relevant influencers and communities
• Organize and support project launches, open houses, and investor events

• Analyze campaign results and translate data into actionable insights
• Continuously test new channels, messages, and formats to improve effectiveness

• 3 to 5 years of marketing experience, ideally in real estate, hospitality, or luxury industries
• Strong grasp of digital marketing and content strategy
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads is required
• Creative, analytical, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts
• Willing to work in a hybrid setup with regular travel to project sites
