Position Title: Offline Marketing Specialist

Job Summary

The Offline Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring traditional and on-ground marketing activities to promote the company’s brand, products, and services. The role focuses on events, partnerships, print materials, and community-based marketing to increase brand visibility and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute offline marketing strategies such as events, roadshows, banquets, and promotional activities.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns with restaurants, malls, corporate partners, and external vendors.
• Manage production and distribution of marketing materials (flyers, posters, banners, standees, brochures, giveaways).
• Build and maintain partnerships with corporate clients, event organizers, hotels, and community groups.
• Support sales and operations teams in generating leads for banquets, events, and group bookings.
• Organize and represent the company in trade fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events.
• Monitor campaign effectiveness and submit post-activity reports and recommendations.
• Ensure brand guidelines are followed in all offline marketing materials.
• Assist in negotiating sponsorships, tie-ups, and advertising placements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in offline, field, or traditional marketing.
• Strong coordination and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to do fieldwork and attend events outside office hours if needed.
