Description
- MARKETING & SOCIAL MEDIA
- Creating and posting content for social media and property listings (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
- PROPERTY & ONLINE MARKETING
- Posting listings on Facebook Groups, Marketplace, and Philippine real estate platforms
- EMAIL & DIGITAL SUPPORT
- Email content creation, basic segmentation, and database updates
- Inquiry monitoring via Viber, email, Messenger, and WhatsApp
- Answering inquiries via Viber, email, Messenger, and WhatsApp
- Updating records and databases
- Following up with leads and clients
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and develop innovative marketing solutions.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience Level: Fresh Graduate or Student.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in social media platforms and analytics tools.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
