Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment
• Ensuring that machines/equipment is installed correctly and safely
• Developing maintenance procedures and ensuring implementation
• Carrying out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues
• Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities as necessary
• Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance
• Manage relationships with contractors and service providers
• Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
• Ensure health and safety policies are complied

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• With at least 4-5 working experience as maintenance officer / Head in a manufacturing company
• Solid understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems etc.
• Working knowledge of facilities machines and equipment
• Ability to keep track of and report on activity
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
• With COSH /BOSH Training Certification is plus
