Are you a strategic and creative marketer with hands-on experience using Ontraport? We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our growing team and help us scale our marketing efforts through thoughtful automation, engaging content, and conversion-focused campaigns.

? About the Role

As our Marketing Specialist, you'll be responsible for executing and optimizing marketing campaigns using Ontraport. You’ll work closely with our leadership and content teams to build funnels, automate customer journeys, and track performance.

? Responsibilities

• Design and manage marketing automation workflows in Ontraport
• Set up and optimize email marketing campaigns, landing pages, and CRM segments
• Monitor and report on campaign performance and engagement metrics
• Collaborate on content strategy and lead generation initiatives
• Support launch strategies for products, programs, or services
• Conduct A/B testing and provide recommendations for improvements

✅ Requirements

• Proven experience using Ontraport (automation, tagging, sequences, CRM)
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and lead funnels
• Experience in email marketing and conversion optimization
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and performance metrics
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Self-starter attitude with the ability to manage multiple projects

? Bonus Skills (not required but a plus!)

• Copywriting or content creation experience
• Knowledge of other marketing platforms (e.g., Zapier, Canva, Google Analytics)
• Experience with launching digital products or courses
