Role Overview

The Scrum Master may also be responsible for line management of team members and project management for non-Agile initiatives.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in automation projects and/or product development.
• A minimum of 5 years of IT experience, including 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven involvement in successful software development or product implementation projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business, or a related field.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to analyze situations quickly, resolve conflicts, and make sound decisions.
• Knowledge of Scrum practices and techniques to address gaps within Agile teams.
• Hands-on experience applying Agile methodologies effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong project management experience, preferably in a non-Agile environment.
• Scrum Master certification is preferred.
• Background in business processes is an advantage.
