Descrição:
- Responsible for construction and improvements of Lawson Convenience Stores
- Review drawings and specifications, architectural and engineering plans for the implementation of the project
- Provide solutions during construction to suit conditions and as approved job request (Color schemes, material selections, shop drawings, RFI/RFA)
- Prepares all necessary documents for permit application
- Prepares project estimates and schedules
- Supervises contractors, workers, installers in the construction site
- Coordinate with other departments as needed for the store opening
Requisito
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineer or any related course
- Preferably licensed Civil Engineer
- Has experience in retail fit-out interior works
- Strong time management and analytical, project management skills
- Proficient with AutoCAD
- Willing to do field works
