Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to support daily restaurant operations and ensure exceptional service standards in a fine dining environment. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a passion for hospitality, attention to detail, and proven experience in delivering premium guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations
• Lead, motivate, and guide the service team to deliver outstanding fine dining service
• Ensure food quality, presentation, and service standards are consistently met
• Assist the Restaurant Manager with staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluation
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly
• Monitor inventory, supplies, and equipment to maintain efficient operations
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace regulations
• Support management in achieving sales targets and controlling operational costs

Qualifications

1.  Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a FINE DINING RESTAURANT (STRICT REQUIREMENT)
2. At least 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Supervisor
3. Strong leadership, people management, and decision-making skills
4. Excellent communication and customer service abilities
5. Solid understanding of fine dining service standards and restaurant operations
6. Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
7. Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
8. Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is an advantage
