Qualifications:

• At least 2nd year College Level
• Confident, charismatic, and customer-focused
• Good communication skills in English or Taglish (natural and conversational)
• With good work experience in customer service or sales
• Open to shifting schedules

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers in-store, understanding their needs and preferences
• Promote products and provide accurate information to support purchasing decisions
• Deliver excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Achieve individual and team sales targets
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and basic after-sales support
• Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on promotions and new items
• Ensure proper product display and overall store cleanliness
