Descrição:
- Assist sales team in daily operations and administrative tasks
- Coordinate communication between sales representatives and clients
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management
- Support marketing initiatives and promotional activities
- Ensure timely processing of sales orders and invoices
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in sales coordination or outside sales.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Support sales team, manage client relationships, and coordinate sales activities.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional travel for client meetings.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and ability to work under pressure.
