The Client Services Department consists of strategic leaders & agency guardians that understand the business goals of their clients & the Agency. They constantly build new ways to solve problems & identify opportunities that would create solutions that would matter to their brands & its consumer.


Position: Senior Account Manager

Department: Client Services Department

Reporting Line: Account Director/BUD


Servicing Excellence/ Leadership / Operations

Client Consultant:

  • Be able to lead and manage internal and/or external meetings, presentations, phone interaction, and emails with client partners and internal team divisions;
  • Be able to maintain and provide added value in client-agency relationship of trust and collaboration;
  • Be able to lead and manage client relationship through effective communication, and proactively and creatively identify and solve client problems.
  • Be able to support the Account Director/Business Unit Director in the development of strategic digital marketing communications plan for clients via deep understanding of client’s business and consumer, their nuances, and digital insights.


People Management - Be able to contribute to the training of the Accounts Manager in providing high quality service level and professional growth opportunities;


Account/Operations:

  • Be able to lead and manage internal and external communications with client partners and internal team divisions and report progress;
  • Be able to lead and manage campaigns effectively by ensuring client’s needs and timelines are met, and within agreed budgets.
  • Be able to monitor performance of campaign/project to ensure high level of output from all stakeholders concerned as brand custodian;
  • Be able to ensure reports and required deliverables are submitted on a timely manner;
  • Be able to liaise and negotiate with third parties required by the project;
  • Be able to ensure all brand files, CEs, client/supplier agreements are documented accurately and stored properly
  • Be able to lead briefing of colleagues and collaborate on a plan & implementation that will have the best digital marketing solutions;
  • Be able to coordinate internal and external schedules, ensure meeting schedules are met both internally and externally;
  • Be able to lead and manage effectively campaign budgets and work with Finance and department for bookkeeping of CEs.
  • Be able to adhere to administrative policies and processes o Be able to master ASC policies and processes


Critical Thinking:

  • Be able to assess market landscape - competitive reporting, target market mapping, to contribute in cracking insights about the brand and the market
  • Be able to research on Digital best practices and adhere to the Propel Framework
  • Be able to understand, and communicate the client brief accurately and provide a point of view
  • Be able to spot emerging technologies / platforms / modes of communication that would provide strategic solutions that the brand should/must be in.


Business Growth:

  • Be able to contribute in meeting annual targets set by BUD
  • Be able to take an active part in pitches to contribute in Agency business growth
  • Be able to contribute Organic Business growth via (1) accounts renewal through exceptional client servicing and KPI delivery (2) accurate and profitable management of account’s P&L (3) identify strategic ways for new business opportunities of existing clients


Requirements:

  • Strong project management, organization, and teamwork skills.
  • Passion for Digital Marketing, Social Media, and Technology.
  • Knowledge in Digital Marketing and Social Media Tools
  • Knowledge in Digital Marketing and Social Media Platforms and their purpose
  • Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Team Player
  • Enthusiastic, energetic and positive with a “can do” attitude
  • Quick to absorb and analyze large amounts of information

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word) & Mac Office (Keynote, Numbers, Pages);
