Descrição:

  • Conduct quality assessments and audits in automotive production processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
  • Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures.
  • Analyze data to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Provide training on quality practices and tools.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Automotive or Mechanical disciplines.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in quality engineering within the automotive industry.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Automation, AutoCAD, and Autodesk CAD software, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Ensure quality standards are met, conduct audits, and collaborate with design and manufacturing teams.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with occasional site visits to manufacturing facilities.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, excellent communicator, and a team player with a proactive approach to challenges.
