Descrição:

1. Client Services

o Handle all inbound and outbound communication, including calls, text messaging, email, and social media inquiries.

o Assist clients with booking appointments, addressing inquiries, and providing information on our services.


2. Studio Coordination

o Organize and coordinate studio training schedules and client activities.

o Work closely with instructors and management to ensure a seamless experience for all clients.


3. Administrative Duties

o Oversee daily administrative tasks such as attendance management, payment processing, database maintenance, and filing.

o Generate daily sales reports and track key metrics.


4. Studio Operations

o Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the studio environment.

o Manage light inventory, coordinate premises maintenance, and ensure adherence to safety guidelines.


5. Sales Support

o Assist with retail operations, including handling inquiries and facilitating sales.


6. Ad-Hoc Responsibilities

o Support the team with any additional administrative or operational tasks as needed.

Requisito

  • Diploma or higher is preferred
  • At least 2 years in a similar role (administration, customer service, retail operations, or hospitality experience is preferred).
  • A strong command of English and Mother tongue is highly preferred to cater to our diverse clientele.
  • Exceptional communication (verbal and written).
  • Strong multitasking, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficient in handling client inquiries via face-to-face, email, social media, and messaging platforms.
