Descrição:
- Assist engineers in their duties and provide technical support to teams.
- Implement safety guidelines for system and equipment operation
- Troubleshoot and investigate equipment/system failures
- Train employees, clients, and customers on equipment handling
- Develop corrective measures for recurring technical issues
- Create troubleshooting manuals and technical materials
- Maintain warranties and maintenance documentation
- Report quality deviations and collect data for technical issue reports
- Assist in design work
Requisito
- Knowledgeable in CAD software (Solid works, AutoCAD, or similar tools)
- Knowledgeable in billing and construction industry, auxiliaries systems
- Strong understanding of Engineering principles and practices
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in product design and development is a plus
