Descrição:

  • Commercial kitchen exhaust system servicing and maintenance
  • Follow job Instructions and complete jobs on time as required
  • Punctuality coming to work, self discipline and dependable
  • Practice high standard of work safety on - site
  • Operate cleaning tools, products and inventory
  • Cleaning and degrease of exhaust range hood
  • Cleaning and degrease exhaust ducting
  • Cleaning and degrease exhaust motor
  • Cleaning of fresh air ventilation and motor
  • Capture pictures of job completion before and after

Requisito

  • Physically fit, comfortable with heights and dirty working environment
  • Attention on details of work and always clean as you go at workplace
  • Basic experience in Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning, Service and Maintenance
  • Basic electrical, equipment, motor, plumbing knowledge
  • Basic of cleaning and usage chemical knowledge
  • Able to write, speak and read English
  • Required to work night shift
