• Take food and beverage orders clearly, confidently, and accurately.
• Serve orders promptly and check in with guests to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards in the lounge area.
• Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient service throughout the guest’s visit.
• Communicate effectively in English with guests and team members.
