Job description:

Key Responsibilities

Receiving & Inspection

• Unload deliveries and check items against purchase orders.
• Inspect goods for damage or discrepancies.

Storage & Organization

• Store materials in designated areas following safety protocols.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and accessible warehouse layout.

Inventory Management

• Conduct stock counts and update inventory records.
• Report shortages, overages, or damaged goods promptly.

Order Fulfillment

• Pick, pack, and prepare items for shipment.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in order processing.

Safety & Compliance

• Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely.
• Follow company policies, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items safely.
• Familiarity with inventory systems and warehouse equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
