1. Ensure guests’ needs and expectations are met by providing an efficient and professional service.

1. Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Food & Beverage industry.

2. Fluent in spoken and written Eng and Chinese

(in order to attend to English and Mandarin speaking guests’ needs and complaints promptly and politely.)

3. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills; able to build lasting relationships with guests.

4. Basic competency in IT.

5. Possess good initiative and leadership skills.
