Job Purpose
The Service Crew is responsible for delivering friendly, efficient, and high-quality service to customers while supporting daily outlet operations. This role ensures customer satisfaction, maintains cleanliness and hygiene standards, and contributes to smooth front-of-house operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Service & Order Handling
- Greet customers courteously and assist with menu recommendations.
- Take customer orders accurately via POS system and process payments (cash, card, QR).
- Serve food and beverages promptly according to KyoChon service standards.
- Manage dine-in, takeaway, and delivery orders efficiently.
- Handle basic customer feedback or complaints professionally and escalate when required.
2. Outlet Operations (Front-of-House)
- Ensure cleanliness of dining area, counters, trays, and service stations at all times.
- Refill condiments, utensils, packaging, and beverages as needed.
- Follow opening and closing procedures, including cashier balancing (if assigned).
3. Food Safety, Hygiene & Brand Standards
- Comply strictly with food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness SOPs.
- Ensure proper food handling and presentation according to KyoChon guidelines.
- Maintain personal grooming and uniform standards at all times.
- Adhere to halal, safety, and health regulations (where applicable).
4. Teamwork & Support
- Coordinate closely with kitchen crew to ensure smooth service flow.
- Assist in peak-hour operations to ensure fast service turnaround time.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Outlet Manager.
Job Requirements
- Minimum secondary school education (SPM or equivalent).
- Prior experience in F&B or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Good communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
- Basic knowledge of hygiene and food safety practices.
