Position Title: Retail Sales Executive for NCR

Work Location: NCR Areas

Areas of Deployment: Malls, Supermarkets, Airport, or Casino

Work Setup: Onsite

Work Schedule: Shifting Schedule/Rotational Schedule 

Employment Type: Full-time 

Product to Sell: E-Cigarettes (Philip Morris)

Salary: PHP 23,000 and UP

Qualifications:

- College graduate or at least 2 years in college.

- With a sales or retail sales background.

- Confident and charismatic personality.

- Average English communication skills

- Work experience in customer service is required.

- Willing to work on shifting schedules.

Responsibilities:

 -Welcome consumers in-store, understand their needs, offer guidance, and assist with the discovery of electronic cigarettes

 -Educate adults who would otherwise continue to smoke or use other nicotine products about the e-cigarette product and conduct guided trials

 -Perform seamless purchase transactions, including customization, database registration, and after-sales services

 -Provide exceptional customer service by executing product diagnosis, handling returns, and processing replacements in line with the company’s consumer-centric principles
