Açıklama

This candidate will be coordinating with teams across the organization to understand teams' design needs and building out their creative strategy accordingly. In each of these projects, you will ensure that outcomes are on budget, within brand, and incorporating current design trends.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategy and development of all creative campaigns ensuring a consistent brand across channels
  • Remain current on emerging trends in digital technology to incorporate new technologies into your strategy
  • Manage production timelines, vendor relationships, and quality or cost controls
  • Communicate cross-functionally to understand creative needs
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and constructive feedback to foster professional growth and ensure high-quality output of the Creatives Team
  • Develop and execute creative strategies and concepts that effectively communicate our and clients’ brand message and resonate with the target audience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account managers, sales & marketing, media, and data & analytics, to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that meet objectives
  • Oversee the creation of various marketing materials, including but not limited to digital ads, social media content, and website assets.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in design, advertising, and marketing to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Drive the Creative Department's business growth through innovative strategies, improving the team's skills and clients’ satisfaction.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Media, Marketing, Art, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in leading and mentoring creative teams, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful creative campaigns, impactful art and video projects, and event coverage.
  • Proficiency in design and creative tools such as CanvaPro, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects), or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of visual storytelling, branding, and digital marketing principles.
  • Experience in developing and executing multi-channel creative strategies, including digital ads, social media content, and website assets.
  • Current portfolio to be submitted with your application
